Las matriculaciones varían mucho entre las marcas, con DS, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes-Benz y Land Rover registrando un crecimiento en el mismo mes. Las matriculaciones de DS aumentaron un 69% en términos interanuales, las de Jeep un 3,9%, las de Alfa Romeo un 4,5% y las de Mercedes-Benz y Land Rover sólo un 1,3% y un 0,2%, respectivamente.
Entre las marcas con grandes descensos, Opel cayó un 45 por ciento interanual; Ford cayó un 37 por ciento interanual; Seattle cayó un 29 por ciento; Peugeot superó al mercado, superando a Seattle como marca más vendida ese mes. Citroen cayó un 19 por ciento interanual.
Dentro del Grupo Volkswagen, las matriculaciones de la marca Volkswagen cayeron un 23% interanual, las de Skoda un 19% interanual y las de Audi un 7,1% interanual. Las matriculaciones de la marca Renault disminuyeron un 3% interanual, mientras que Dacia cayó un 9% interanual. Las matriculaciones de BMW cayeron un 6,2% interanual.
Las marcas asiáticas se vendieron mal en España en noviembre. Las matriculaciones de Toyota cayeron un 26 por ciento interanual, las de Nissan un 17 por ciento, las de Mazda un 42 por ciento y las de Kia y Hyundai un 19 y un 9 por ciento, respectivamente.

El 4 de noviembre se presentó oficialmente a todos los pilotos asistentes a la carrera PNRWC la nueva carrocería que TRP fabricará. Esta carrocería está basada en el modelo Renault Megane Trophy que se utiliza en numerosas pruebas de velocidad en toda Europa.
